Although we do not do criminal and some other kinds of litigation, we are well-equipped to handle the types of litigation that we are willing to accept. We will only take cases that we know we can handle in a responsible and timely manner. Should we not be willing to accept the case or should the case be beyond the ability of a single practitioner to handle in a responsible and timely manner, we will gladly refer you to an attorney or office we know can handle the matter for you.

We provide services for wills, powers of attorney and medical powers of attorney for a very reasonable price and do everything we can to make the process effort free for our clients. Should you require estate planning that goes beyond our expertise, we will gladly refer you to someone in whom we have confidence and who we are sure will be able to solve your problem and provide the advice and service you need.

Our office has been doing collections for over 40 years. We have the expertise, training and determination necessary to not only obtain a judgment but to collect the account. Although there are some situations where collection is impossible, you can be assured that we will do everything legally possible to collect your account for you.
