Keith graduated from George Mason University in 1973 with a Bachelor of
Science Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Accounting.
He then attended and graduated from the TC Williams Law School, University of Richmond in 1977. He has practiced for over 40 years and in the last 20 years has devoted most of his time to real estate matters.
